Citi Trends is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. We're growing, and this is a great opportunity to lead.

After three or more years of retail experience, you're ready for the next step. Following a successful two-week training, you'll assist the Store Manager in daily store operations. When the Store Manager is unavailable, you'll lead the store and ensure goals are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and supervise employees.
• Maintain inventory controls, facilitate transactions, and ensure compliance standards for shrink control.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise staff engaged in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
