Jersey Mike's in Fort Lee, NJ is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced team. The role offers an hourly wage of $19–$20 plus tips and opportunities for growth within a vibrant, community-focused brand.

You will motivate and coach staff, ensure top-notch guest experience, and handle store opening/closing, scheduling, and daily operations in a fun, rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant management (More than one year preferred).
• Serve Safe Certification - Required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of operational checklists.
• Must be able to maintain a reliable schedule.
• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
