• Recruit, nurture, and motivate a skilled store crew.
• Provide inspirational feedback, fostering a motivated work environment.
• Craft employee schedules, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, from ordering to stocking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Manage key financial aspects, keeping the store on the path to success.
• Step in for the Store Manager when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old for certain states (AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO); 21+ for others.
• Access to a vehicle with liability insurance.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and days.
• Fluent in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Eager to learn, especially for Topshelf Manager Training in Tennessee.
