Baskin Robbins in Florence, SC is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead day-to-day shop operations and support the management team to ensure that each shift runs smoothly. You will assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals while helping teammates through performance and training initiatives.

Qualified candidates are 18 years or older, eligible to work in the United States, and have at least six months to one year of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management
