Job summary

Arby?s, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run our restaurant day to day. You will support the General Manager to ensure smooth shift operations and guest satisfaction, while helping with local store marketing to drive sales and profits.

You will also lead and coach team members through performance and training initiatives, ensuring adherence to brand standards and a positive, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour. The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
