Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs in Elmhurst, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide quality customer service, lead staff, manage scheduling and ordering, and maintain a clean, engaging store while driving sales and growth. This role requires a 45-hour work week and a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Ability to work a 45-hour week
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
• Organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision
• Willingness to offer opinions and recommendations towards store improvements and employee development
