Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store operations.
  2. Participate in recruiting and training staff.
  3. Provide motivational feedback to foster a positive work environment.
  4. Manage employee schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Handle inventory management, from ordering to stocking.
  6. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
  7. Oversee financial aspects to ensure store profitability.
  8. Step in for the Store Manager when necessary to ensure continuous operations.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (varies by state).
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Auto insurance coverage as an insured driver.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days.
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Eager to learn and grow, especially in Tennessee for Topshelf Manager Training.
