Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store operations.
- Participate in recruiting and training staff.
- Provide motivational feedback to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage employee schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle inventory management, from ordering to stocking.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Oversee financial aspects to ensure store profitability.
- Step in for the Store Manager when necessary to ensure continuous operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older (varies by state).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Auto insurance coverage as an insured driver.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and days.
- Fluent in English with basic math skills.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Eager to learn and grow, especially in Tennessee for Topshelf Manager Training.
