Total Wine & More in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who can drive sales, mentor a sales-focused team, and sustain a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere. You will lead operations, training, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.

The role emphasizes coaching for growth, adherence to alcohol regulations, and efficient payroll, inventory, and merchandising support to maximize profitability and service

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in supervision or management in retail.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against KPIs.
• Assist in recruiting, training and leading store team; develop staff.
• Support payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink control.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store objectives.

About the roleAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will grow the company brand by delivering best-in-class service and bringing to life a distinctive world of adult beverages and more for our customers. You will support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to expand our customer base and maximize profitability.
