Job summary

Landmark Theatres is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to oversee daily theatre operations, staff management and development at multiple locations. You will supervise cash handling, inventory, facility maintenance, and equipment like projection and sound systems while fostering top performance through coaching and HR best practices.

You will ensure compliance with safety and employment laws, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and lead a team during peak hours, including nights, weekends,

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a leadership position
• 1+ years’ experience in customer service (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality)
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coach, train and motivate employees
• Must be available during peak business hours (Nights, Weekend, and Holidays)

• Ensures a clean and safe environment by maintaining facility and addressing R&M issues
• Operates and maintains projection and sound equipment

Essential Duties & Expectations:

Under general supervision of the Theatre Manager, The Part-Time Assistant Manager will manage theatre operations including, staff management and training and development at both locations. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of management and customer service experience.

Specific Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Manages day-to-day operations including cash management and inventory
• Ensures a clean and safe environment by maintaining facility and addressing R&M issues
• Operates and maintains projection and sound equipment
• Builds a culture of success through recruiting and retaining top performers
