Job summary

Landmark Theatres in Dallas is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations, staff training, and guest experience at two locations. Under the Theatre Manager, you will help manage cash, inventory, and daily workflows while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for moviegoers.

Qualified candidates have at least one year in a leadership role and in customer service, with strong communication and the ability to coach and motivate a team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a leadership position.
• 1+ years’ experience in customer service.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach, train and motivate employees.
• Must be available during peak hours (nights, Weekend, and Holidays).

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations including cash management and inventory.
• Ensures a clean and safe environment by maintaining facility and addressing R&M issues.
• Operates and maintains projection and sound equipment.
• Builds a culture of success through recruiting and retaining top performers.
• Prevents employee relation issues by consistently executing human resources practices; ensure guidelines and processes are adhered to.
• Ensures compliance with employment law, safety regulations, and upholds all company policies and procedures.
• Creates a positive movie going experience through guest engagement and interactions.

Essential Duties & Expectations

Under general supervision of the Theatre Manager, The Part-Time Assistant Manager will manage theatre operations including, staff management and training and development at both locations. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of management and customer service experience.

Specific Responsibilities include, but not limited to

• Manages day-to-day operations including cash management and inventory
• Ensures a clean and safe environment by maintaining facility and addressing R&M issues

Manager Qualifications
