Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking an Assistant Manager in Pennsylvania to lead daily operations at a franchised location. The role emphasizes friendly guest service, maintaining a clean store, and effective team training.

Shifts run in 5–8 hour blocks, with no grease in the store and earlier closing in the afternoon, offering a pleasant evening schedule. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, with potential extra earnings from a tip pool plus a free meal per shift, and prior quick-service experience

Position Overview:

As an Einstein Bros. Bagels Assistant Manager, you'll enjoy the benefits of working in a fun, friendly environment with the ability to grow!

Shifts are available from 5-8 hour increments. NO GREASE in the store so you do not go home smelly. We also close by 3pm daily so you get your evening fun!

The Einstein Bros. Bagels Assistant Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Our customers are our number one priority, so it is your job to create a positive environment that our customers enjoy.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Starting at $17.00/hour!

Employees will get additional $1-$5 per hour pay from our tip pool AND a free meal every shift!

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Interact with guests in an up-beat fashion on the register or sandwich station
• Able to help open and close a store as a key holder
• Have previous quick service restaurant experience
