Job summary

Everything But Water in Costa Mesa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering a customer‑centric experience, driving sales, and overseeing daily store operations. You will lead a team of Associates and collaborate on staffing, inventory, and training to maintain high standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail sales and 1–2 years in retail management, open availability nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong English communication.

Position Location: South Coast PlazaThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in maintaining a customer-centric environment by making customers a priority while driving sales. In the Store Managers absence, successfully managing the day-to-day store operations, staffing, and inventory management is expected.
