Job summary

Everything But Water is hiring a Store Manager for our Cherry Creek location to lead a customer-centric team and drive sales while managing daily store operations, staffing, and inventory. You will coach Associates, ensure excellent service, maintain visual standards, and uphold brand values.

The role requires 5–7 years of retail experience and 3–5 years in management, plus open availability. Competitive benefits and 401(k) participation are included.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in retail sales.
• 3-5 years in retail management.
• Open availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• Basic merchandising and visual skills.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to hire, develop, train, and inspire all level of Associates.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision.
• Ability to travel with overnight stay.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write).

Position Location: Cherry Creek

The Store Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a customer centric environment by making customers a priority while driving sales. In addition, the position requires successfully managing the day-to-day store operations, staffing, and inventory management. In this role, you will be challenged to lead a team of dynamic Associates while providing customers with extraordinary service.

Salary Range:

$27.50 - $32.00
