Job summary

KnitWell Group in College Station, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager for Chico's Store 0476-Gateway Station to support the Store Manager, lead the team, and deliver a seamless, hospitality-driven customer experience.

You'll help hire, train, and develop associates, maintain visual standards, manage inventory, and participate in community events, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. • Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
