Job summary

Jimmy John's Sandwiches Assistant Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. You will ensure the store is in exceptional order and that employees are performing duties properly and efficiently, executing systems with 100% integrity.

Your attitude must be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive, and you will lead by example, enforcing procedures and supporting a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
• Able to handle fast-paced, high-stress in-store situations.
• Able to organize and prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations to improve store and staff.

The Assistant Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Assistant Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.

Requirements

• Ability to work a 40+ hour week
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
