Stewart's Shops is a fast-growing convenience store chain in New York and Vermont, seeking Assistant Managers with flexible schedules to deliver excellent customer service in our shops. This entry-level management role aims to develop leadership skills and offers opportunities for growth within the organization.

• Effectively run a shop in the manager's absence.
• Assist shop partners and customers with questions and concerns.
• Strong working knowledge of Stewart's operations, tools and culture.
• Teach others by example and create a positive and fun atmosphere.
• Assist with schedule writing and requests.
• Prepare food items such as pastries, sandwiches, wraps, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza and other Quick & Easy Food On The Go options.
• Make coffee and keep multiple flavor options fresh and available throughout the day.
• Scoop and serve ice cream.
• Process customer transactions through the register.
• Stock shop shelves, as well as the cooler and freezer.
• Maintain standards of cleanliness inside and outside of the shop.
• Be aware of shop promotions and communicate them with customers.

• $19 - $23/hour starting pay based on experience. ESOP & Benefits package.
