Assistant Manager – Anytime Fitness Chelsea

Pay: $16/hour

Are you passionate about fitness, motivated by helping others, and looking to build a career in a growing industry? Anytime Fitness is looking for a driven and energetic Assistant Manager to join our team! You'll play a vital role in supporting our members and making our gym a positive, high-energy environment.

Location: 1030 S Main St, Chelsea, MI 48118

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through in-club initiatives and community outreach
• Sign up new members and walk them through our onboarding process
• Book appointments for fitness consultations and follow up on leads
• Make outbound phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Assist in basic day-to-day upkeep of the gym
• Support club events and promotions
