What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Overseeing daily operations to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment.
• Leading and supporting team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized space for pets, customers, and staff.
• Handling physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Operating comfortably in all types of weather and tolerating loud noises in a lively environment.
