Job summary

Dunkin Franchisee is seeking an Assistant Manager to direct the overall operation of the restaurant, from hiring and supervising a team to managing the store’s financial performance.

The role requires leading by example, ensuring professional conduct, and maintaining compliance with labor and health laws while delivering exceptional guest service and sustained growth for the business.

• Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among Team Members through effective training, communication and relationship building
