Job summary

Wonder is hiring an Assistant Manager for one of its restaurants in Ashburn, VA. You will support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, focus on food safety, customer service, and staff development, and help achieve budget targets and operational goals.

The role requires at least two years in a supervising restaurant role in a high-volume setting, strong leadership, and open availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professionalism and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities
