Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Bridgeton, MO seeks a seasoned restaurant manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage crew performance.

You will oversee staffing, inventory, cost controls, and financial reporting while upholding Freddy’s standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and quality.

This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to implement marketing initiatives and new product rollouts.

Qualifications

• Must have prior restaurant management experience.
• Excellent guest, team, and manager communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, set team schedules, and optimize labor hours.
• Ability to use data to measure performance, productivity, sales, and KPIs.
• Experience with income statements, P&L, and expense reporting.
• Proficient with standard desktop software and restaurant operating systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prior restaurant management

• Ability to use data to measure performance, productivity, sales, goals, andkey performance indicators
• Experience with financial statements, profit and loss statements and expense reporting
• Proficient in typical desktop software programs and restaurant operating systems

• Handle and resolve guest issues with the commitment to satisfactory resolution

• Other responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the position

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):

Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends – 40 – 50 hours per week; Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform

essential functions; Required to lift up to 50 pounds during the course of a workday; Require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.
