Job summary

Dunkin' in Berea, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, starting early at 4 am, and help keep shifts running smoothly.

You’ll support the General Manager, drive local store marketing to hit sales goals, and coach team members through performance and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.
• Willing to start day at 4 am and maintain open availability.

• Assist the General Manager with shift management and guest experience.
