Silverspot Cinema in Beachwood, OH, is seeking an Assistant Manager with a background in full service dining or upper casual dining restaurant management. You will lead a team to deliver a memorable Silverspot experience, set guest service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, and upholding food safety and safety regulations while maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (upper casual dining preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
