Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. Store is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to lead a team in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store standards, and executing promotions.

You will forecast staffing, recruit and retain a high-caliber staff, coach associates, and report performance to the General Manager and Supervisor to drive store success.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Sound understanding of store operations and standards for success.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) for effective management of teams.
• Strong organizational skills for planning work and monitoring progress toward goals.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems of varied scope.
