Kids for the Future in Austin is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive service quality. You will recruit, coach and develop team members, oversee inventory and ordering, and ensure labor targets are met.
The role requires 2–4 years of restaurant management and high-volume bar/restaurant experience, with mandatory liquor license certification and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish. Availability for holidays, nights and weekends is expected.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurants. They will recruit, cast, develop, mentor and coach team members including Chicas and the heart of the house team. In addition, they successfully oversee all financial responsibilities including inventory, ordering food, and hitting all labor targets. They also optimize profits and ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
