Qualifications

Please note: This role requires a 50-hour work week. Compensation for the Assistant Manager position is calculated and paid hourly to align with the provided annual salary range.

What does a Leader/Assistant Restaurant Manager at Taco Bell do?
  • Run organized shifts and execute all administrative duties.
  • Provide leadership & direction when RGM is not available.
  • Analyze and respond to operation and financial metrics.
  • Assist RGM in training team members.
  • Assist RGM in scheduling and facility maintenance needs.
  • Ability to manage conflicts regarding customers and/or employees.

Experience at establishments like Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Wendys would be a great fit here.

Past industry experience such as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Hospitality, or Assistant Hospitality Manager would translate well to success in this role.
