Job summary

Destination Pet, LLC seeks an Assistant Manager to help lead the Bow Chika Wow team. Reports to the General Manager and coordinates with support staff to ensure top-tier care for pets and excellent customer experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience in hospitality or retail, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Office software. Weekend/evening shifts are required, with benefits including health, 401(k), and pet insurance discounts.

Responsibilities

• Supports mission and policies of Destination Pet.

• Manages center staff under GM guidance, including training and coaching.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
• Schedules staff and monitors payroll, while maintaining service quality.
• Markets Destination Pet programs in the community and handles customer inquiries.
• Acts as on-site manager when General Manager is unavailable.
