Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail management preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for leads.
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced operations and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and welcoming environment for guests and anticipate needs.
• Supervise, motivate, reward and coach associates.
• Execute systems and processes to keep the theatre running smoothly.
• Assist with hiring, training and associate development.
• Evaluate key performance indicators to improve guest satisfaction and results.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the theatre.
• Support theatre and corporate management in daily operations.
