Job Overview

As the Assistant Manager (AM), you will support store performance to meet or exceed customer service standards, sales goals, profitability, operating procedures, and merchandising objectives. You will also learn best practices to train and develop your team and set the expectation of providing excellent customer service by leading example.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, profit margins, payroll, and controllable expenses (P&L).
  • Conduct water analysis and mechanical repairs.
  • Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
  • Ensure team compliance with all safety protocols.
  • Identify and recruit new talent.
  • Maintain a welcoming store environment.
  • Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
  • Handle opening and closing store responsibilities, including daily bank deposits.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; or currently attending High School.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
  • Experience managing or leading a team.
  • Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00/hour.
