Pay Range

This range is provided by AWI Management Corporation. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $23.00/hr

AWI Management Corp. seeks an experienced individual to maintain a 91-unit apartment community in Clearlake, CA. General building maintenance and landscape experience are preferred.

This is a part-time position at 20 hours per week.

Pay range: $22.00 - $23.00/hour DOE.

Housing is not available with this position.

Requirements

• Valid CA Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
