We’re seeking a motivated, self-starting professional to join our collaborative and hardworking team in Kansas City, KS. This 100% onsite role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will make a real impact.

As an Assistant Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our machinery while ensuring the upkeep of our shop and building facilities. You’ll assist in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, including advanced 3/5-axis systems, and tackle issues involving electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. With your strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise, you’ll help ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a self-driven individual who can work independently while collaborating with our Maintenance Supervisor and team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair CNC machines, including spindle drives, hydraulic systems, and 120V-480V electrical systems.
• Assist with CNC electronics, programming, and machine installations to optimize performance.
• Perform light welding, fabrication, and repairs on shop tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring proper lubrication schedules and safety protocols.
