Job summary

The Finger Companies in Houston is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to join the on-site maintenance team at 9900 Memorial. You will assist with maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, perform inspections, and address issues promptly to ensure safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has HVAC certification, and a possible CPO certification, plus the ability to work independently or with a team and lift heavy objects as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to participate in on-call rotation.
• Ideal candidate will live within a 30-minute drive to the property.
• HVAC certified.
• CPO certified a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
• Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
