We are seeking a Assistant Maintenance Supervisor who knows how to make an impact! The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor will be a fully skilled technician capable of completing all service requests, including HVAC.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues to maintain the apartments.
- Communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor and accurately record the status of service requests and make-ready units.
- Achieve Bluecrest's standard for completing make-ready turns within 7 days.
- Ensure inventory of parts and supplies is adequate, organized, and used efficiently without compromising quality.
- Demonstrate urgency, professionalism, and thoroughness with every service request and make-ready.
- Continuously learn and expand your maintenance knowledge and skills.
- Take accountability for the community’s appearance and resident satisfaction.
- Inspect and repair all areas of the community, adhering to health and safety procedures and implementing preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure overall resident satisfaction.
- Accurately complete records in Yardi and utilize Sparkle for inspections.
- Engage in Bluecrest's culture of empowerment and transparency by participating in healthy debates and sharing feedback weekly.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- Experience working in an apartment community.
- EPA Type II or Universal certification.
- CPO certification preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to perform all duties.
