Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in property maintenance.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• EPA HVAC certification with 2 years of experience and CPO certification.
• Background checks and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Must be a team player with ability to work independently.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; knowledge of plumbing, electrical, sheetrock repairs, painting and appliance repairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager.
• Monitor and maintain building systems as assigned.
• Complete grounds work as directed by Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensure safety standards comply with company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.
• Participate in scheduled on-call emergency maintenance after hours.

Experience & CPO Certification.* Successfully pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening* Must be a TEAM player with the ability to work independently.* Strong troubleshooting skills!
