RHO Residential LLC is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the Maintenance Manager in keeping our luxury properties safe, secure and well-maintained in Roseland, NJ. The role includes overseeing service requests, coordinating maintenance tasks and ensuring timely turnover of vacants to rent-ready condition.

High School diploma or equivalent; English reading/writing fluency required.
Technical certification a plus.
Minimum of two to three years in property management maintenance or related field; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain physical condition of property according to safety standards and company policies.
Assist Maintenance Manager with organizing service requests and prioritizing tasks.
Assist with turn-key operations to ensure vacant units are rent-ready in a timely manner.
