Pay range: $100K to $120K plus a 10% annual bonus

About the Role:

As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will ensure smooth operations and oversee maintenance activities. Your responsibilities include:

1. Leading with Purpose: Conduct morning briefings and prioritize work orders.
2. Inspecting: Perform facility inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
3. Ensuring Safety: Maintain compliance and conduct safety audits.
4. Data Analysis: Use maintenance data to improve efficiency.
