The Assistant Maintenance Manager, also known as Assistant Service Manager, assists in overseeing property assets, maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and construction projects.
Typically 9 am - 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, with some overtime and on-call duties based on property needs.
