Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager in Panama City Beach, FL to support planning, organizing, and directing buildings and grounds maintenance.

You will coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure timely maintenance and quality work. The role requires knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and appliance repair, plus HVAC certification and strong customer service and communication abilities.
