We are hiring a Maintenance Technician III to ensure each unit and building is in perfect working order, maintaining HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems across our facilities in Myrtle Beach.

Qualifications

• Certified HVAC, plumbing or electrical skill required.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair.
• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Monitor and repair HVAC system for the entire facility.
• Perform plumbing maintenance (pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, Jacuzzi) and related soldering/brazing.
• Replace breakers, ballast and other electrical fixtures; troubleshoot hazards.
• Perform preventive maintenance on units, common areas and grounds; manage PM programs on systems like HVAC and boilers.
