A Typical Day Includes

• Site Visits: Manage and oversee multiple locations, including: Sewickley, Coraopolis, North Versailles, PA, and North Jackson, OH, ensuring each site meets high standards of maintenance and operational efficiency. The goal is to visit all sites throughout the week with day and night shift engagement (shift varies depending on site management needs).
• People Management: Managing 20-35+ employees.
• Morning Briefing: Start your day with a team meeting to discuss priorities, review safety updates, and address any outstanding issues from previous shifts.
• Work Orders Management: Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring tasks are assigned based on technician skills and availability.
• Facility Walkthroughs: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and cleanliness standards.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, oversee safety training, audits, and inspections to promote a culture of safety.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to drive improvements, generate reports, and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians, conduct performance evaluations, and lead training and development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Education: 4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance.
• Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role, managing maintenance teams and programs.
• Skills: Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management preferred.
• Multi-Site Experience: A must!

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $95,000 - $116,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus incentive.
• Schedule: 40+ hours dependent on site needs, with flexibility for on-call duties across multiple sites. Expect to see all sites throughout the week with day and night shifts varying based on management needs.

Relocation Assistance
