Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager in North Randall, OH. You will lead a high‑performing maintenance team supporting a fast-paced, highly automated operation, focusing on safety and reliable equipment performance.

You will develop technicians, oversee conveyors and robotics, and drive uptime while preparing for future roles such as Maintenance Manager within our organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading or supervising maintenance teams.
• Experience maintaining conveyors and robotics, or directly overseeing teams responsible for this equipment.
• Strong understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Either a 4-year degree OR 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a maintenance team focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead daily/morning briefings and help prioritize work orders and maintenance activities.
• Oversee maintenance of conveyors, robotics, and automated material-handling equipment.
• Conduct facility and equipment inspections to identify issues before they cause downtime.
• Monitor maintenance performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
• Ensure safety procedures, preventative maintenance programs, and compliance standards are followed.

Cushman & Wakefield Services is looking for an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead a high‑performing maintenance team supporting a fast‑paced, highly automated operation in North Randall, OH. What You’ll Do
As the Assistant Maintenance Manager, you’ll help keep a complex automated operation running safely and reliably while developing the people responsible for maintaining it.
You’ll

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians, creating a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Lead daily/morning briefings and help prioritize work orders and maintenance activities
• Oversee maintenance of conveyors, robotics, and automated material‑handling equipment
• Conduct facility and equipment inspections to identify issues before they become costly downtime
• Monitor maintenance performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and uptime
• Ensure safety procedures, preventative maintenance programs, and compliance standards are being followed
• Partner with site leadership and other teams to quickly resolve operational challenges
• Coach, mentor, and develop technicians to help build a strong internal talent pipeline

Required

• 3+ years of experience leading or supervising maintenance teams
• Experience maintaining conveyor systems and robotics, or directly overseeing teams responsible for this equipment
• Strong understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Either a 4-year degree OR 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience

The compensation for the position is: $ 86,700.00 - $102,000.00
