Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager (AMM) in Joliet, IL. This full-time role operates on a 4x12 shift (Wednesday–Saturday, 4pm–4am) and focuses on running the maintenance program, safety audits, and team development.

You will lead briefings, inspect facilities, analyze data, and drive improvements across maintenance activities. The position offers career growth into higher management and specialized roles within the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience in maintenance.
• 3+ years in a leadership role, overseeing maintenance teams and programs.
• Experience maintaining conveyors and robotics or supervising the team that does so.

About the Role: As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading morning briefings and prioritizing work orders
• Conducting facility inspections to identify maintenance issues
• Ensuring safety compliance and conducting audits
• Analyzing maintenance data for improvement opportunities
• Supervising and developing the maintenance team

Qualifications:

• Education: 4-year degree OR 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance
• Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role, overseeing maintenance teams and programs
• Skills: Must have experience doing the maintenance on or overseeing the team that has done the maintenance for conveyors and robotics.

The compensation for the position is: $ 89,250.00 - $105,000.00
