Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices. This role is crucial in ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of the organization.

Duties

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Utilize voltmeters and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate repairs and installations of machinery.
• Oversee low voltage systems, including logic controllers, ensuring they operate effectively within the facility.
• Fabricate parts as necessary to maintain equipment functionality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, identifying areas for improvement or repair.
• Coordinate project management tasks related to maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance management within an industrial setting.
