Job summary

[Unknown] is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead apartment maintenance at Rankin and Ella. You will inspect, diagnose, and assign repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems, while coaching staff and ensuring safety and readiness of tools and supplies.

The role emphasizes a strong safety culture, hands-on oversight, and effective communication with team members. Local travel and a valid license are expected.

Qualifications

• Three years of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and assign routine maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, A/C, and pool equipment.
• Direct the maintenance team, monitor progress, and coach team members.
• Ensure the team has the tools, supplies, and safety equipment to do the job right.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all safety procedures.
