Job summary

Country Lane Apartments in Angleton, TX is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support the maintenance team in preserving the property's physical integrity and upkeep.

You will coordinate repairs, make-readies, preventive maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects, while bringing strong building-maintenance knowledge and leadership to the team. This role emphasizes quality and teamwork to keep the community well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in apartment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Join our team as an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor and support the maintenance team in maintaining the physical integrity and general upkeep of our apartment community. You'll help coordinate and direct maintenance activities including repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects. Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting, diagnosing, performing, and assigning routine maintenance and repairs, including:
  • Electrical and plumbing (including water lines)
  • A/C and heating systems
  • Interior/exterior lighting

  • Pool areas and equipment
