Requirements
- Availability Sunday – Saturday 7p.m. to 7 a.m. or 8p.m. - 8a.m. 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Basic math and ruler reading skills
- Experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
- Ability to stand constantly, excellent hand-eye coordination skills, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to lift and load weights up to 50 pounds
Essential Duties and Tasks
- Read job orders for accurate information and ensures the crew is following special instructions
- Ensure print design conforms with job jacket information
- Completes inks usage, viscosity, and PH forms
- Responsible for print sample retention
- Notifies Supervisor/Lead or Quality assurance of non-conformities.
- Completion of product reports and Quality Assurance sheets for each job
- Monitor machine and inks
- Operate anilox cleaner and parts washer
- Set-up and clean the press
- Other duties as assigned
You should be proficient in:
- Food and Beverage Manufacturing
- Packaging Experience
- Machine Setups for Production Runs
