Job summary

Mondi Group in Lockport, Illinois, is looking for a motivated individual to assist in machine set‑up and ensure materials are ready for production. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards and working in a positive team environment. • Gather and review production as it comes off the line for quality and accuracy according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Cooperate with team members and promote a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Wear all Personal Protective Equipment as directed and work safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Work schedules normally 8 or 12 hours, may be scheduled for rotating days off.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Standing for extended periods; awkward and/or repetitive movements; regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
• Have a great attitude, willingness to learn, and be self‑motivated.
