Location: Morristown, TN
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Rotating 2 on, 2 off, 3 on | 7 PM - 7 AM | Night Shift

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial equipment experience required.
  • Experience operating, troubleshooting, adjusting, and maintaining production machinery.
  • Experience using computers and manufacturing software within a production environment.
  • Experience performing quality inspections, product sampling, and production documentation preferred.

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing facility where hearing protection may be required.
  • Ability to safely perform duties in a safety-sensitive position.
Job Duties
  • Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain automatic packaging equipment used in the production of consumer products.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, make adjustments, and perform minor repairs to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Perform quality inspections, product sampling, and documentation to ensure products meet customer, safety, and quality standards.
  • Utilize manufacturing software systems, scanners, and production tracking tools to accurately record production data and inventory transactions.
  • Follow all safety policies, cGMP regulations, and manufacturing procedures while supporting efficient production operations and maintaining a clean work environment.
