Job summary

Seven Feathers is seeking an Assistant Stix Manager to oversee daily lounge and sports bar operations, ensuring top quality service and compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws. You’ll lead shifts, guide staff, and partner with the Lounge Manager on hiring and discipline.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory orders for liquor, beer, wine and food, upholding health and safety standards, and delivering friendly guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years experience in Food and Beverage administration, retail, or customer service field required.
• Bartending and inventory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and delegates work to lounge and sports bar staff across shifts.
• Provides guidance and direction to lounge and sports bar staff.
• Assists the Lounge Manager with hiring, development, and discipline of employees.
• Ensures prompt, cordial service to guests at all times.
• Responsible for ordering liquor, beers, wines, and other lounge supplies per guidelines.
• Inspects compliance with health, safety and liquor laws.
