Seven Feathers Resort is seeking an Assistant Stix Manager to oversee the daily activity of employees preparing and serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with laws and standards. You will ensure quality service to resort guests and support profitable operations across the lounge and sports bar.

The role includes scheduling, staff guidance, hiring assistance, and managing inventory of beverages and supplies to keep service smooth and compliant with health and safety rules.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years experience in Food and Beverage administration, retail, or customer service field required.
• Bartending and inventory experience required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer relation skill.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments at once.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
• Current OLCC License required.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.

• Inspects and observes lounge and sports bar employees and Resort guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health and safety standards, and observation of all liquor laws.

The Position

Ensures quality service to Resort guests and profitable operations. Duties include, but are not limited to:
